Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. Once your order ships, we’ll send you another notification.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking details to update.

If there are any delays due to high order volume or postal service issues beyond our control, we will promptly reach out to confirm if you'd still like to proceed with your order.

We offer free shipping within the United States, excluding the following locations: Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces America, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.

We do not ship outside the USA. 

Required: A phone number for the shipping address is required due to the size and value of our products.

In-Store Pickup
We do not offer in-store pickup.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. A full refund will be issued (excluding certain items). For more details, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy.

Cancelations (Before Order Ships)
Orders must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee. If you need to cancel an order, please do so immediately by emailing info@urbanlivingcollective.com.

Once an order has left the warehouse, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and a 3% merchant processing fee. If an order is canceled after shipment, it will be treated as a standard 30-day return and subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

Certain products, including made-to-order and custom items, may incur a 25% restocking fee if the order is canceled after production has begun but before it has shipped.

Custom Order Cancellations
Custom and made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as they are produced specifically for your order. All sales for these items are final.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@urbanlivingcollective.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.
