Order Confirmation:
Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will then contact our suppliers to ensure the item is in stock for immediate shipment. If unavailable or on backorder, the pre-authorization will be voided, and we will notify you via email. If the item is available, we will process the charge and prepare the order for shipment within 5 business days.
Order Shipment:
Once your payment is processed, your order will ship within 5 business days. You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of the item leaving the warehouse. If you don’t receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at orders@royalwinecoolers.com.
Note: Orders are typically delivered curbside. If delivery requires scheduling, please respond to the carrier's call to avoid additional charges. Shipping may take longer due to COVID-19 delays, and we appreciate your patience.
Damages:
Inspect your items upon delivery. If there is any damage, please note it on the delivery receipt and send photos to returns@royalwinecoolers.com. If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement and pickup of the damaged product.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee. If the order has shipped, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used.
Price Match Guarantee:
