Featuring five burners, this cooktop includes a high-intensity 18,000 BTU power boil burner for rapid heating and a simmer burner for more delicate cooking. The sealed burners ensure easy cleaning and minimal food residue, while the heavy-duty cast iron grates are dishwasher-safe for convenience. The cooktop is pre-installed for natural gas use but can also be converted to liquid propane with the included kit.
